Rutherford Cross is working with a business based in Livingston who have experienced growth, and as such are looking to add a Financial Controller to the team. The business is seeking a highly motivated individual who will partner with the senior leadership team and be part of the growth and transition journey following recent acquisitions.
The Financial Controller will be a key support position to the Finance Director, working closely with them to:
* Deliver the consolidated monthly management accounts in line with monthly reporting deadlines
* Deliver the yearly statutory accounts
* Analyse the performance across the business
For this role the company is ideally seeking an experienced Financial Controller with exposure/experience in:
* Demonstrable ability to analyse, interpret, explain and guide decision making within an organisation
* Broad experience of cross functional business processes and the ability to work in and with cross functional teams and departments outside of the Finance department
* Good technical knowledge and experience of supporting a year end process
* Experience of working in a group environment and managing consolidations
