Reach Truck Driver Location: Wellingborough Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm Payrate: £13.10 p/h Role Overview We are looking for a reliable and motivated Reach Truck Driver to join our warehouse team in Wellingborough. This role involves handling inbound and outbound stock, ensuring all goods are processed efficiently, safely, and in line with company procedures and health & safety standards. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, good physical fitness, and a solid understanding of warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and check incoming book pallets and packages for quantity and condition Accurately receipt, put away, and pick stock using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) Prepare outbound orders, including picking, packing, labelling, wrapping, and stowing goods for dispatch Operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as forklifts (Counterbalance, Reach Truck, PPT) where licensed Carry out manual handling duties, including lifting and moving stock Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment Follow all Health & Safety procedures and ensure correct use of PPE Support other warehouse areas when required, including unloading containers, packing, and general warehouse duties Skills & Experience Previous warehouse experience Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Basic computer skills, including WMS, inventory systems, and scanners Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and proactive with a strong work ethic Desirable (but not essential) Valid Forklift, Reach Truck, or Counterbalance licence Experience loading and unloading lorries or containers
