What You’ll Do
* Lead and inspire a dedicated site team, driving high standards and continuous improvement.
* Oversee all aspects of building maintenance, security, and energy efficiency.
* Develop and implement robust health and safety systems, ensuring compliance and peace of mind.
* Work with the School Business Manager to manage budgets effectively, securing best value for every pound spent.
* Coordinate lettings and events, making our facilities accessible to the wider community.
* Liaise with contractors and service providers to deliver exceptional results.
What We’re Looking For
* A proven leader with experience managing premises staff and contractors.
* Strong practical skills and knowledge of Health & Safety legislation.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
* ICT proficiency and a keen eye for detail.
* Flexibility and a full driving licence.
