We are seeking experienced and passionate SEN Tutors to work with students across Cambridge. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide tailored, one-to-one academic and developmental support to young people with a range of needs, including autism, dyslexia, ADHD, and other learning differences.
About the Role:
As a private SEN Tutor, you will create and deliver personalised learning plans to help students overcome challenges, build confidence, and achieve their academic potential. You will work closely with families to understand each student's unique profile and provide the specialised support they need to succeed both in and out of the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assess students' learning styles and needs to develop customised tutoring plans.
* Deliver engaging, one-on-one sessions to support academic subjects and develop key skills.
* Help students with homework, revision, and exam preparation.
* Implement strategies to improve focus, organisation, and self-esteem.
* Provide regular feedback to parents on progress and areas for improvement.
* Adapt teaching methods to suit the specific needs of each student.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in tutoring or teaching students with SEN.
* Child DBS on the update service
* Strong knowledge of various learning differences and effective strategies.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with students and their families.
* A compassionate and flexible approach.
* A genuine desire to help young people reach their full potential.
* Relevant qualifications in teaching or SEN are highly desirable.
