We run a 12-month, paid, on-the-job Upskilling Programme designed to help light vehicle mechanics transition into highly skilled Bus Mechanics. What's on offer: Structured 12-month training programme with hands-on experience. Paid weekly, with a starting salary of £37,000 (based on 42 hours/week) - potential to earn more depending on shifts and overtime.
