Customer Service Advisor Start Date: ASAP Location: Red Lodge, Suffolk Hours: Monday – Fridy 08:00-17:30 Salary: £Negotiable DOE Duration: Ongoing – Temporary We are currently supporting a temporary opportunity and seeking a reliable and proactive candidate to assist in this role. The position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will be expected to hit the ground running and provide valuable support from day one. Who are we? Duties: * Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding bookings slots and delivery dates. * Resolve any customer queries and complaints, recognising when complaints need to be escalated to management * To monitor and manage orders received via our client’s website and answer live chat queries from school contacts where applicable. * To ensure that the processes, policies and procedures used are as specified within the company guidelines. * Liaising with warehouse and logistics departments * To meet team objectives and KPIs and follow new processes to continually improve. * To process sample product requests for customers and the Account Managers. Skills Required: * Computer literate and technically competent using web sites, web applications, e-commerce and ERP systems (SAP). * Strong understanding of the needs of customers and clients * Excellent communication skills * Strong communication skills both written and verbal * Demonstrate high levels of attention to detail * Display exceptional interpersonal skills, particularly when interacting with customers on the phone If you have not received a response within 3-5 working days, unfortunately your application has been unsuccessful.
