The OPTIMA team is seeking a Training Program Manager.
OPTIMA is a global team that enables Amazon to deliver a superior shopping experience to customers worldwide. We aim to provide end-to-end data solutions for the LLM lifecycle, leveraging technology and operational excellence. We support shopping feature teams by delivering reliable insights and ground truth data to measure and train ML models, as well as handling annotation and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) across 10 languages.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Schedule and track large-scale training initiatives, monitor training completion, and report progress.
2. Manage new program launches and onboarding processes, and enhance existing programs.
3. Supervise trainers, providing coaching and feedback to develop their skills and leadership capabilities.
4. Collaborate with local and global stakeholders to support training programs and initiatives.
5. Review and supervise the design of training content for new processes, programs, and SOP rollouts.
Basic Qualifications:
* 4+ years of program or project management experience.
* Graduation or Post Graduation in a related field.
* 4+ years of experience in Training and Learning & Development.
* Strong data skills with the ability to connect learning activities to business metrics.
* Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
* Experience with multiple learning methods and linking them to outcomes.
* Proven stakeholder influence skills across all levels.
* Detail-oriented, team-focused, and a quick problem-solver.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Familiarity with online learning tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline).
* Experience in launching impactful learning solutions.
* Experience with Learning Management Systems and Knowledge Management Systems.
* Experience in process improvement projects and requirement gathering, with ability to write detailed requirement documents.
