6. Lead Generation & Prospecting – Call and email potential clients, uncover new opportunities, and promote SGS solutions
7. Market Intelligence – Monitor industry trends and competitors to support business strategy
8. Customer Support – Handle inbound enquiries via phone, email, Teams, and chatbot
9. Sales Support – Prepare quotes, proposals, and coordinate meetings for the sales team
10. CRM Management – Maintain accurate client records
11. Client Development – Re-engage lapsed accounts and grow existing relationships
12. Admin Support – Assist with onboarding, documentation, and invoice/payment queries
Qualifications
Essential Skills & Experience
13. Confident cold caller and natural lead generator
14. Strong commercial awareness and customer service mindset
15. Previous experience in a phone-based, B2B technical environment
16. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
17. Self-motivated, well-organised, and able to manage multiple priorities
18. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Desirable
19. Background in customs, logistics, or related technical services
20. Experience working with measurable performance targets
21. Qualification in customer service or sales administration
