A highly motivated and skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant is seeking a new and rewarding opportunity within a dynamic and inclusive school setting from the Easter term onwards. With a strong track record of supporting high-quality teaching and learning, I offer a proactive, flexible, and pupil-centred approach that consistently contributes to improved outcomes and positive classroom environments.
Bringing substantial experience across multiple key stages, I am confident in leading whole-class learning in the absence of the teacher, as well as delivering targeted, data-informed interventions that accelerate pupil progress. I have a particular strength in quickly building rapport with pupils, including those with additional needs, and creating an atmosphere where learners feel supported, challenged, and motivated to succeed.

* Extensive experience supporting and delivering lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 (adaptable to secondary where required)
* Proven ability to lead whole-class teaching, ensuring continuity of learning and maintaining high behavioural expectations
* Skilled in planning and delivering focused intervention programmes to support literacy, numeracy, and catch-up strategies
* Strong experience supporting pupils with SEND, including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH needs, using tailored and inclusive approaches
* Confident in using assessment data to monitor progress and inform next steps
* Experienced in working collaboratively with teaching staff, SENCOs, and external professionals
