Join our Asset Data team and play a pivotal role in shaping strategic decisions and driving continuous service improvement. In this role, youll provide actionable insights that support legal and regulatory compliance, while leading the delivery of organisation-wide compliance reporting.
Youll work closely with both the Asset Data and Compliance functions, ensuring robust data analysis and meaningful collaboration. This hybrid position requires a minimum of two days per week at our High Wycombe office, as building strong relationships with colleagues is just as important as compiling and interpreting data.

About the Role/team
Working with data from our Assets (residential properties) to extrapolate, scrutinise and report on data insights to drive the need for accuracy, improvements and value for money. You will work with the BI team to map tables and scope additional SQL requirements from the business. Advise and guide stakeholders on analysis and interpreted outputs of data and help to define and build KPIs.
You will act as data quality champion for all compliance related data identifying data errors and facilitating cleansing where required. We are currently aligning our two organisations (Settle and Paradigm) in addition to acquiring 3,500 new homes from another housing provider and will shortly be changing our IT systems. You will be central in supporting this business change and ensuring that compliance reporting remains robust and accurate
You will identify, extract, transform and analyse data from multiple sources before presenting it in a consumable format to the business. Ensuring data accuracy and alignment between Asset and Compliance by collaborating closely with operational teams. Working with our Compliance team to produce tracking tools that provide compliance assurance to stakeholders.
What success in the role will look like
Asset and compliance data alignment.
Improved assurance via Compliance scorecard
Effective management of accurate Compliance Performance report library.
KPIs are run successfully and provide appropriate data for the Group.
Data presented in reports is accurate.
Any bugs in reports and dashboards are identified and fixed in a timely manner.
Robust process for managing regular reconciliations across data ecosystem
Must Have's:
Experience of working with and undertaking analysis of operational delivery database.
Good knowledge of data tables and relationships.
Experience transforming data and developing reports in Excel or Power BI.
Ability to liaise with staff at all levels throughout the organisation.
Ability to organise own workload, including setting priorities and meeting deadlines and service standards.
Clear and concise oral and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and in an appropriate format.
Excellent spreadsheet (intermediate to advanced Excel) mathematics and analysis skills.
Excellent Power Bi skills.
Experience of research and analysing complex statistical datasets including data mining software tools.
Ability to interpret data and spot issues requiring further investigation
Nice to haves:
Training / qualification in research and statistical analysis.
Knowledge of the following: Share point, OneDrive, Planner, Power apps, & DAX
Experience of Housing Asset or Compliance data principles.
