Aftercare Worker [Trafford]
Pay rate £19.11 per hour
Vitalis are recruiting for an Aftercare Worker to work in an Early Help Team in Trafford.
Full time (Monday - Friday 8:30 - 4:30pm), Hybrid working available (3 days in the office, may be required to come in more/less to meet the needs of the role).

Your Main Priorities
* To carry out duties of a Personal Advisor under the terms of the Children Leaving Care Act 2000.
* To support care leavers living independently in the community.
* To work in partnership with other agencies to ensure that young people leaving care receive the highest quality of service possible.
