We're recruiting experienced dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our nurse-led team at Cera to provide care to our clients in and around the Ashford (TN23) area.
Role Overview
We are seeking dedicated and experienced Support Workers to join our dynamic complex care team. This role is ideal for compassionate professionals with experience working with nurse-led clients. You'll be providing care and support to one of our young clients whose specific needs include Previous experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing care and support to clients in the Ashford area.
* Working with a young client whose specific needs are outlined by the caring team.
Qualifications
* Drivers Licence and access to a vehicle.
* Subject to a DBS/PVG check and references.
* Right to Work in the UK.
Working Hours
Full and part time shifts available. Alternate weekends.
