The Email Marketing Assistant will be trained to design and execute email campaigns to customers to drive leads, traffic and bookings into the call centre. You will also assist the team with additional CRM and optimisation projects. Key Responsibilities Work to an email marketing schedule to produce numerous emails per week Work from a template to amend creative, content and build an email using an email builder Source images and design graphics to use in email marketing using Photoshop/Canva Liaise with commercial team to select product for inclusion in commercial emails Build workflows in Adobe using predefined lists to target customers based on the unique send Design and produce engaging emails that will drive results Perform A/B tests to optimize email subject lines, content, and design. Analyse performance and strategise improvements for email marketing campaigns Assisting with other digital marketing activity as required, such as social media.
