The role will involve assisting with day-to-day facilities operations, compliance administration, contractor coordination, and occupier liaison while helping maintain high standards across all assets.

Job Description
* Assist in the smooth day-to-day running of a commercial property portfolio
* Monitor and update compliance records using internal systems and CAFM systems
* Respond to maintenance issues and coordinate follow-up actions with contractors and service providers
* Arrange contractor attendance on site, including permits to work and access requirements
* Carry out regular property inspections to ensure communal and external areas are maintained to a high standard
* Identify building defects or operational issues and help coordinate corrective works
* Support routine health & safety checks, including fire safety and emergency equipment monitoring
* Act as a point of contact for occupier queries and service-related requests
Requirements
* Previous experience within facilities management or property management
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* IT literate
* CAFM system knowledge
* IOSH qualification desirable
