We are currently working with a leading international retail and foodservice business seeking an experienced Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join their legal team on an initial 6-month engagement, with an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements
* Advising on supplier and vendor contracts
* Supporting on customer/commercial terms and conditions
* Handling services and procurement agreements
* Managing contract novations and amendments
* Working closely with internal stakeholders across the business
* Providing pragmatic, commercial legal advice in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
* Proven experience in commercial contracts within an in-house or private practice setting
* Strong understanding of procurement and supplier arrangements
* Ability to operate independently and manage a varied workload
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Comfortable working at pace in a dynamic environment
