As a Business Development Manager, you will work closely with Freeholders, Managing Agents and Developers to promote our offerings and manage relationships. The primary focus for this role will be on our Virtual Freeholder service and our EV charging installation and management offer.
Internally, you will liaise with colleagues to ensure a smooth flow of opportunities and information. A strong understanding of EV networks and installation is not required, as we have specialists for that side. Your role will be more focused on the front end engagement and viability assessment which is more focused on the building and lease set up.
Key Responsibilities:
* Building strong relationships with new and existing contacts
* Proven ability to identify and qualify business opportunities and contribute to the refinement of service offerings
* A good understanding of residential leasehold structures and the challenges of implementing building-wide services
* Managing and generating new opportunities and seeing them through to fruition
* Constant focus on improvement for the business and yourself

More recently, in response to demand and the general direction of travel, they have created and launched a dedicated EV Solutions division.
We're Looking For
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a leasehold/property management role, ideally with exposure large developers and institutional owners
* Strong commercial acumen
* Confidence in presenting to stakeholders and building new relationships
* A driven professional with excellent communication and people skills
