Hawkins\Brown are seeking a proactive and people‑focused HR Advisor to join our creative, collaborative practice, supporting our studios in Edinburgh, Manchester, Dublin and Toronto. Working closely with our Studio Leads, you’ll help shape a positive employee experience and play an active role in our HR initiatives and employee‑led groups. What you’ll do Build trusted, supportive relationships with Studio Leads, helping them navigate day‑to‑day people matters with clarity and consistency. Play an active role in our employee voice groups, contributing ideas and supporting initiatives that strengthen our culture. Support onboarding and offboarding, ensuring every joiner and leaver experience is smooth and engaging. Provide clear, practical HR guidance across the practice. Assist with performance processes and probation reviews to help individuals succeed. Help deliver L&D activities, aligned with the training programme and the needs of the business. Source the right people through proactive talent searching, building strong talent pipelines, and maintaining positive relationships with recruitment agencies. Contribute to HR projects that enhance engagement, wellbeing and the overall employee experience. What you’ll bring A warm, collaborative approach and confidence partnering with Studio Leads. Genuine interest in people‑focused initiatives and contributing to employee‑led groups. Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset. Solid HR foundations and the ability to give clear, supportive advice. An enthusiasm for recruitment, with the ability to identify great talent and support effective hiring processes.
