Job Overview:
Orion are looking for a skilled Pipefitter to support work on a gas network project.
This is a night shift role (12 days on/ 2 days off) focused on the assembly, installation and maintenance of gas piping systems while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, isometrics and specifications for gas pipelines
- Measure, cut, thread and assemble piping components accurately
- Install and align piping systems to project tolerances
- Comply with company procedures and stringent health & safety regulations
- Collaborate with welders, supervisors and other trades on site
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a pipefitter in oil & gas or pipeline projects
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Relevant trade qualifications or apprenticeship
- Strong health & safety awareness
- Good teamwork and communication skills
