Haileybury is seeking a dedicated and proactive Learning Support Administrator to join our forward thinking and ambitious Learning Support Department.
Role
The Learning Support Administrator plays a key role within the team, providing professional, confidential and high-quality administrative support for the Head of Learning Support and the Department, ensuring all aspects of the day-to-day activities operate efficiently.
The Administrator is responsible for managing files, data entry, correspondence, and resources, while ensuring compliance with safeguarding procedures for the well-being of Haileybury pupils. The successful candidate will possess strong organisation and administrative abilities with excellent attention to detail.
This position is offered as a job share, working 22.5 hours over 3 days per week. Term time only.
