Band 6 Senior Nurse – Treatment Rooms (Part-Time, 30 hours/week over 4 days)
Location: Hull and East Riding
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and experienced Band 6 Senior Nurse to join our community nursing team. This part-time position offers 30 hours per week over 4 days, working as a Case Manager for a defined caseload of patients requiring care within our treatment room services.
You will take the lead in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to patients with complex needs across Hull and the East Riding, including overseeing care linked to the lower limb pathway, lymphoedema, and tissue viability services. The role involves direct clinical care, complex wound management, and assessment and planning of individualised treatment plans.
In addition to clinical responsibilities, you will provide leadership and supervision to Registered Nurses and Healthcare Assistants, supporting their development and ensuring safe, effective, and evidence-based care. You will also contribute to quality improvement, service development, audits, and maintaining clinical standards.
The ability to work flexibly across Hull and East Riding is essential, as the service operates 7 days a week between 8:00am and 6:00pm.
