Production Supervisor Salary to £34k Based Bedford A Production Supervisor with experience from a mechanical manufacturing or assembly environment is requited for a busy company in the Bedford area. The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading day-to-day manufacturing operations within a mechanical assembly and test facility. You will ensure that safety, quality, delivery and productivity targets are consistently achieved, whilst fostering a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement. Candidates should have previous Supervisory experience gained within a mechanical manufacturing environment. Ideally this will be within heavy mechanical equipment. You will have strong knowledge of machining, assembly, and testing processes for mechanical equipment.
