This is a hands-on role for someone with around **5 years’ consultancy experience** who enjoys variety — fieldwork, reporting, problem-solving and helping projects run smoothly.You’ll work on a broad mix of contaminated land and ground risk projects, while also playing a key role in **supporting and mentoring junior colleagues** in a friendly, collaborative team.### What You’ll Be DoingNo two weeks are the same, but you can expect to:* Plan and deliver site investigations and environmental monitoring works* Lead field-based elements of Phase 1, Phase 2 and Phase 3 assessments* Prepare and review clear, high-quality factual and interpretive reports* Interpret laboratory data and build robust conceptual site models* Support project management — budgets, programmes and client communication* Liaise with contractors, laboratories and other suppliers* Assist with proposals, fee estimates and winning new work* Champion high standards of health and safety (always)* Help develop junior team members through hands-on learning and support### About YouYou’re technically capable, organised and curious.
