Key Responsibilities: Support the class teacher in delivering lessons and preparing resources Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils who may need additional help Assist with classroom management and promote positive behaviour Help assess pupil progress and feedback to the teacher Support pupils with special educational needs, where required Supervise children during break and lunchtimes as part of the school rota Contribute to a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment What We're Looking For: Previous experience working with children, ideally in a school setting A patient, caring and proactive approach to supporting learning Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to follow direction but also use initiative A relevant qualification (e.g. Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning) is desirable Commitment to safeguarding and child protection (DBS required or willingness to obtain one)...
