GMP Recruitment are proud to be partnered with a well-established, vastly recognisable Worcestershire based Country House Hotel.
We are supporting their recruitment for an experienced Head Chef to join on a full time, permanent contract. This position can offer a competitive salary from £40,000 upwards, working a 40-hour week working across two fully-equipped kitchens – one dedicated to events which are held year-round.
You will manage a talented brigade including a Sous Chef, Junior Sous, CDP, Breakfast Chef, and Commis Chefs and working with a menu where the majority of dishes are cooked fresh on-site.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in a Head Chef or Senior Sous role in a high-quality kitchen
* Strong leadership and man-management skills – someone who can inspire, mentor and organise
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-kitchen environment
* Passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and a creative approach to menu planning
