Role Overview:
The Client Operations team supports strategic initiatives. This hybrid role combines operations and project management to focus on projects requiring both skills.
The Associate Director, Client Operations, leads assigned accounts, supports the Client Operations Lead, and aims to standardize workflows, improve efficiencies, and deliver consistent client products.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Drive global consistency in workflows across teams and clients.
* Create and update templates, playbooks, and processes for all account needs.
* Maintain operational manuals and documentation.
* Coordinate end-to-end processes across multiple workstreams.
* Identify operational efficiencies and collaborate on improvements.
* Share best practices globally to inspire innovation and excellence.
* Ensure onboarding and training for all market teams on processes and tools.
* Collaborate with finance, billing, and analytics teams for optimal service delivery.
* Help create digital platforms (e.g., SharePoint) for resources and training.
* Manage day-to-day team operations.
* Continuously improve processes and ways of working.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Agency experience preferred.
* Knowledge of project management tools advantageous.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
* Excellent communication skills, internal and external.
* Problem-solving mindset to identify gaps and solutions.
* Ability to analyze data and interpret insights.
* Well-organized with effective time management.
* Comfortable working in ambiguity and rapid change.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience breaking down complex tasks.
* Proven ability to build collaborative relationships.
