Description

About the team:

At Vintage Cash Cow and Arcavindi, our People Team is passionate about creating an exceptional employee experience, from first interaction to long-term growth. Within the team, our Talent Acquisition function is dedicated to finding, engaging, and hiring people who share our purpose: creating a world where everything has value and nothing is wasted.

We partner across Operations, Logistics, Tech, and Commercial teams to ensure every hire strengthens our culture and fuels our mission: to build the world’s largest trading platform for pre-loved items, driven by people and data.

We don’t just hire for skills. We hire people who add to our culture — bringing curiosity, ownership, and fresh thinking to help us scale sustainably.

About the role:
As a Recruitment Operations Specialist, you’ll be the engine behind our Talent Acquisition function.
This role sits at the heart of how we hire. You’ll own our ATS (Pinpoint), recruitment tech stack, data integrity, reporting, compliance, and process optimisation across all territories. Your work ensures our TA team can operate at pace, with clarity and confidence.

You won’t be hiring directly — instead, you’ll enable brilliant hiring to happen.

You’ll turn recruitment data into insight, insight into action, and action into measurable improvement. From automation and workflow design to dashboard creation and compliance oversight, you’ll ensure our recruitment processes are scalable, structured, and future-ready.
This is a strategic enablement role with real impact on quality of hire, candidate experience, and business growth.

Establishing Your Impact…
* Take ownership of Pinpoint configuration, workflows, and automation.
* Ensure recruitment data is accurate, compliant, and insight-led.
* Build clear, accessible dashboards tracking time-to-hire, funnel health, source effectiveness, and quality metrics.

Driving Excellence…
* Design and continuously optimise recruitment workflows to improve speed and quality.
* Champion structured, consistent interview and evaluation frameworks.
* Reduce manual admin through automation and smarter systems.
* Maintain GDPR compliance and audit-ready recruitment documentation across all territories.

Vintage Cash Cow and Arcavindi, exist to create a world where everything has value and nothing is wasted, on a global scale.

Together, we form the UK and European operations of the Vintage Group, united by one purpose, one mission, and one set of values.

Vintage Cash Cow is our UK operation and the foundation of our business. It’s where our model was built, tested, and proven, making it easy for customers to sell multiple pre-loved valuables in one simple, trusted journey. Arcavindi is our European operation. Built on the same proven model, it takes what works in the UK and adapts it for new markets across Europe, allowing us to scale our impact internationally.

While our brands reflect different markets, we are one business, working as one team. Our people collaborate across borders, share ownership of outcomes, and bring the same care, fairness, and common sense to everything we do.

Behind the scenes, we are building the world’s largest international trading platform for pre-loved items, powered by expert people, smart data, and a shared belief in the circular economy.

Every item we buy is rehomed, reused, or responsibly recycled — keeping valuable materials in play and out of landfill, and ensuring we always treat customers and their treasures with care and respect.
