About The Role: Days of Working: Monday to Friday - 8am to 4.30pm We are recruiting for a Totalmobile Product Delivery Manager to own and actively deliver all initiatives, developments, processes and mobilisations for Totalmobile products, currently Optimise and Insight. This is very much a hands-on role as product champion actively driving tactical improvements and strategic initiatives. This involves working closely with OCS Operations, the CAFM development team and the Totalmobile Account Team. Candidate requirements: The role suits someone with the following characteristics: Previous Product Management experience Digital / technology background Problem solving Process improvement Business Analysis / Requirements Gathering / Process Design Project Management Knowledge of field force scheduling / management/ CAFM. Technical Skills: Strong Excel skills – data manipulation, excel formulas, pivot tables Visio – ability to design / document process flows Project planning – ability to structure tasks and resources Purpose: The purpose of the role is to fulfil the following requirements: Be the internal expert for Totalmobile product functionality & configuration Project Manage new contract onboardings, deployments, instances and integrations Develop, embed and re-enforce documented Totalmobile BAU processes Support BAU operations for issue analysis, resolution and solutions Be the main point of contact with Totamobile Customer Service Manager (CSM) Ensure that tickets are progressed and managed on the Totalmobile Support Portal Provide regular Comms, Briefings and Support Materials to bid teams and operational functions Support OCS Totalmobile System Administrator(s) & Users Own and draft support documentation Provide Training Conduct regular checks to ensure systems and processes are used effectively Data analysis – look for evidence and trends in support of reported issues and improvements Data quality – provide overarching data governance, enforce standards, cleanse and maintain data within the systems Define / develop reports and dashboards as required Identify, specify and manage product improvements to take forward with Totalmobile.
