Salary Range: Grade 2, SCP 4 - 5, (£25,185 - £25,583) (FTE, Salary to be pro rata)
Working Type: Full Time (37 hours, 39 weeks)
Base: Buile Hill Academy, Eccles Old Road, Salford, M6 8RD
Please note: The post holder will be engaging in regulated activity, working mainly or wholly with children. This position is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. It is an offence to apply for this role if you are barred from engaging in regulated activity relevant to children.

Buile Hill Academy is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dynamic Student Services Receptionist / Reprographics Assistant to join our team.
The successful candidate will be expected to:
* Provide an effective and student-friendly first point of contact to pupils on all matters relating to academy life, ensuring that they are directed to the correct guidance and issued with information in a timely manner
* Provide a friendly and efficient reception service for staff and visitors to the school, including answering telephone calls, registering visitors and providing administrative services as needed
* Check and process student records, including data validation, input and filing
* Arrange meetings, take minutes during meetings and monitor the action points arising from meetings
