We're recruiting for a Replenishment Manager to join our store team in Newbold You'll play a key role in maintaining high store standards through efficient stock management, strong leadership, and hands-on teamwork.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead and train the replenishment team to deliver excellent availability and store presentation
Manage deliveries efficiently and ensure stock is worked quickly and accurately
Oversee warehouse and back-of-house operations, including stock control and safety
Support promotional and seasonal activities
Ensure compliance with legal, health & safety, and operational standards
Drive KPIs and maintain high performance throughout the team
What We're Looking For
Experience managing a team in retail, hospitality, or logistics
Strong organisational and communication skills
A hands-on leader with a proactive, can-do attitude
Ability to make decisions quickly in a fast-moving environment
A strong understanding of KPIs and performance targets
