As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you’re not just a support figure - you’re a learning leader, a bridge between teachers and pupils, and a consistent presence that helps education feel safe, inclusive, and empowering. Whether you’re covering lessons, leading small-group interventions, or providing targeted support for learners with additional needs, you’ll be playing a pivotal role in shaping student outcomes, both academic and personal.
