We are a well-established, 5-star rated Will writing business and we're looking for the right person to join our team in Camberley.

This is a Customer Sales Coordinator role — ideal for someone with maturity, empathy, and the confidence to spend much of their day speaking with clients by phone and email, both inbound and outbound (primarily outbound).

You'll play a key part in making sure cases are completed, documents are returned, and everything keeps moving smoothly.

What you'll be doing:

* Making outbound calls to clients to chase up signed paperwork, outstanding balances, answer queries, and guide them through their journey with us.
* Handling inbound calls and emails with professionalism and warmth.
* Reviewing clients' requirements and laying out the next steps as relevant.
* Identifying opportunities to offer clients additional services and explaining these clearly.
* Keeping client cases moving efficiently — you'll be the person who ties up loose ends.

What we're looking for:

* Maturity and life experience to hold meaningful conversations on important, often sensitive topics.
* Happy and confident, spending much of the day on the phone.
* A proactive approach — you won't sit and wait for clients to call.
* Professional, organised, and able to follow tasks through to completion.
* You must be able to communicate extremely clearly in spoken and written English.

Your CV will need to demonstrate experience in making outbound calls to customers as well as a strong level of sales ability. To help your application stand out from the crowd, we would recommend writing a short covering letter also although this isn't mandatory and won't count against your application if you choose not to.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £25,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

* Whilst you will be dealing with inbound enquiries also, on a day to day basis, will you be happy to phone our clients and help progress their case along, i.e. making lots of calls each day without being supervised to do so?
* The role is Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, are you happy to work from our office near Camberley High Street during these hours?
