Job Description - Gas Engineer (Exeter)
Location: EX1, EX2, EX3, EX4
Working Pattern: Flexible - candidates able to cover selected weekdays and/or weekends
Hours: 08:00-17:00 (9 hours per day)
Rate: Up to £28 per hour (own van required)
Payment: CIS available
Role Overview
We are seeking a qualified Gas Engineer to carry out extra works across the Exeter area. The role involves a range of domestic gas tasks, requiring strong technical knowledge, safe working practices, and the ability to work independently.
Required Qualifications
CCN1
CENWAT
HTR1
CKR1
CPA1
Basic DBS
NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
ACS certification
Desirable Qualifications
Unvented
LPG
Key Responsibilities
Carry out domestic gas works in line with industry standards
Complete installations, servicing, and repairs safely and efficiently
Ensure all work complies with relevant regulations and safety guidelines
Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional conduct
Manage workload effectively within the agreed working hours
Travel across EX1-EX4 area codes as required
