Solution recruitment are currently assisting a number of leading M&E contractors based in London and home counties.
We currently require a document controller to work on a large construction project near Hemel Hempstead.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Assist with compiling powerpoint presentations for safety and QA
2. Updating and management of digital signage
3. Prepping tender submissions for small projects
4. Document control on specific projects as required, folder set up and annual updating of site documents and procedures
5. Assist sites with setting up and implementing client document control platforms (e.g., Eida, Fusion, 4Project, Asite etc)
6. Attend Safety, Commercial and QA meetings, keep MOM and distribute them
7. Monitor LMS training
8. Monitor Safety and QA training
9. Assist with GRN process and liaising with accounts when required
10. Weekly timesheets for specific sites, monitoring and reporting absenteeism and timekeeping
11. Manage Safety awards and incentives and monitor stats
12. Assist with procurement on projects, liaising with suppliers and training providers
13. Assist projects in prepping and compiling handover documentation
14. Liaise with client on entertainment/social events
Experience:
1. 5+ years experience in an administration role within the construction environment would be an advantage
2. Experience with AConnex and Asite softwares is essential
3. Strong IT comprehension and ability to use MS Office Suite
