Description
* Manage and maintain the organisation's accounting systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Collaborate with various departments to streamline financial processes and reporting.
* Develop and implement system improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
* Provide technical support and training to internal users of the financial systems.
* Analyse financial data to support decision-making and improve reporting capabilities.
* Ensure integration between financial systems and other organisational tools.
* Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders as required.
* Support the finance team with ad-hoc projects and system-related tasks.
Profile
A successful Systems Accountant should have:
* A strong background in accounting and financial systems within the Not For Profit sector would be beneficial.
o Deep hands-on experience with Business Central, particularly in finance module configuration and support.
o Strong working knowledge of core finance processes and internal controls.
o Proven ability to translate operational finance needs into scalable, systemised solutions.
o Comfortable working independently across the organisation and technical stakeholders.
o Practical experience with system upgrades, user support, and process change.
Job Offer
