Trainee Account Manager – Customer Services Location: Faversham, Kent (Office-based, 5 days per week) Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday) Salary: £23,000 – £25,000 per annum (subject to experience) Contract: Permanent Are you looking to kickstart your career in account management and customer service? We’re recruiting a Trainee Account Manager to join a busy and supportive Customer Services Department in the London region, based in Kent. You’ll work closely with Account Managers to support client relationships, assist with quotations, and help manage logistics and communications. Key Responsibilities: * Support Account Managers with written and verbal customer communications. * Assist in building and maintaining customer relationships. * Help generate sales through quotations and logistical support. * Respond quickly and professionally to client needs and queries. * Share knowledge and encourage best practices across the team. Requirements: * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Strong organisational and teamwork skills. * Preferred: Experience in the Fire or Security industry.
