Job Overview
We have a variety of contracts available, Part‑Time (from 8 hours per week) and Full‑Time (40 hours per week). As a Spa Therapist (Part‑Time - 24 hours per week), you can expect to carry out the following duties.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
* Guest interactions: ensure all guests are welcomed to the Spa, educate guests on our offerings and discuss all options with them.
* Performing treatments: provide a relaxing and comfortable experience for guests, using knowledge to explain treatments and keep guests at ease.
* Promoting products: recommend and upsell treatments and a wide range of products based on your knowledge.
Qualifications: trained to UK NVQ level 3 or ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO or equivalent in beauty treatments and massage; a passion for the Spa & Leisure sector and knowledge of current trends.
