* Lead the Helpdesk and Scheduling team
* Provide management to make sure that agreed service levels and response times are met
* Management of Work In Progress to ensure timely billing of chargeable works
* Supporting Data Scientist to ensure asset management is accurate and up to date
* Management of PPM and reactive tasks
