We’re looking for a commercially minded Marketing Executive to join our growing family of 6 Food & Drink brands.
Reporting into the Brand Manager, this role will provide day to day marketing and brand support across the portfolio. You’ll play an important role in ensuring campaigns, launches and promotional activity are delivered smoothly and on time, while supporting performance tracking and bringing useful insight into the team.

Key Responsibilities:
Brand Performance & Delivery
· Support the execution of brand plans across digital, commercial and retail channels
· Track and report on brand KPIs, sales performance, campaign results and promotional activity
· Assist in delivering promotional activity and in-store activations
· Support new product launches, artwork development and packaging updates
· Ensure all activity is on-brand, well executed and commercially focused
Performance Monitoring & Insight
· Support tracking and reporting of brand KPIs, sales performance and campaign results
· Assist in compiling post-campaign reviews and performance summaries
· Help analyse consumer behaviour, campaign performance and sales data to identify key learnings
· Contribute insights and recommendations to help optimise future activity
Bringing the outside world in
· Monitor competitor activity, retailer dynamics and category trends
· Keep track of ranging, promotions, NPD and pricing across key retailers
· Bring fresh thinking into the business by sharing external inspiration, category trends and best-in-class examples
Marketing Operations & Team Support
· Update key reports on emerging brands and calendars
· Provide general marketing and administrative support across brands as required
· Assist the wider team with cross portfolio initiatives when needed
Cross-functional collaboration
· Work closely with the (Senior) Brand Manager to support delivery of brand plans
· Collaborate with sales, supply chain, agencies and external partners to ensure smooth execution
· Support new product launches, artwork development and packaging updates
· Contribute to innovation and renovation projects as required
What we’re looking for
Experience
· 1–3 years’ experience in a brand, marketing or commercial role
· Experience working with performance data, campaign results or sales reports
· Exposure to retail, eCommerce or omnichannel environments is a strong advantage
Skills & attributes
· Highly organised with strong attention to detail
· Commercially aware and comfortable working with numbers and performance data
· Proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
· Confident communicator who can turn information into clear actions
· Curious about consumers, trends and the retail landscape
· Ambitious and eager to grow into broader brand responsibility over time
