Commissioning Registered Manager – RGN/RMN/RNLD

We are recruiting on behalf of a respected care provider delivering high-quality, person-centred care to adults with complex and enduring mental health conditions (18–65+)
They are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Registered Manager to lead a specialist service supporting individuals with a range of mental health needs, including challenging behaviours and dual diagnoses.
Service is split into 4 units with higher complex needs and lower risk complex mental health separate.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage all aspects of the service, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations
* Inspire, develop, and support a multi-disciplinary team
* Drive service improvements and uphold a culture of excellence
* Manage complex cases and ensure personalised care planning
* Oversee staffing, recruitment, rota planning, and performance management
* Build strong relationships with families, external professionals, and stakeholders
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years experience as a Registered Manager
* RGN/RMN/RNLD Qualified with Active NMC Pin
* Proven leadership within Nursing, Mental Health or Specialist care settings (E.g. ABI/Spinal)
* Strong knowledge of CQC requirements and governance
* Experience managing complex needs, safeguarding, and behaviour support
* Excellent communication and strategic management skills
Desirable:
* Experience with commissioning, service development, or turnaround work
* Knowledge of Complex Mental Health Care Pathways
