An exciting opportunity has now arisen for an experienced and knowledgeable Facilities Coordinator to join rradar on a Fixed Term Contract basis (6 months), to assist with the day-to-day management of all our office locations across the UK, including all Regulatory, Health & Safety and Environmental requirements.
The successful candidate will take a proactive role, working both autonomously and as part of the team. Regularly visiting our various offices to ensure that rradar offer the best in work environments, in full compliance to all legislations.
Duties include:
As the Facilities Coordinator, you will be supporting the Facilities Manager to ensure that all our office locations across the UK are managed in keeping with rradar's brand and culture.
Duties would include:
* Supervising or completing H&S checks of the buildings to ensure legal compliance.
* Support and organise day to day management & maintenance of office facilities contractors, processes & procedures including liaising with, landlords, cleaners, security & 3rd party providers across all our estates- keeping us compliant with relevant legislation.
* Assisting with the updating and delivering of relevant policies and processes
* Deliver & monitor H&S training of employees, such as inductions.
* Supporting with events internal & external.
* General office duties, including covering office support as required.
* Providing cover in the absence of the Facilities Manager.
Required skills:
We are looking for a strong team player with experience demonstrating flexibility and the ability to prioritize their workloads.
Essential skills include:
* Knowledge and experience of Health & Safety in an office environment.
* A high standard of computer literacy, including working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
* IOSH or equivalent.
* A full UK driving licence and access to a car is essential due to the regular travel required sometimes including overnight stays.
Desirable skills include:
* Building and facilities management experience.
* First Aid at work.
* Fire Marshall.
