Contract Type: 12 month Fixed Term Salary: £34,000 Bonus: £3,000 (paid in 2 x £1,500 instalments at month 6 and month 12) Reporting into: Network role, working closely with the People Optimisation Lead Location: Hybrid Watford Office and Home based Role Overview We are seeking a Network People Co-ordinator to join us on a 12-month fixed-term basis to support the Clinics with the delivery of our core people processes during a period of transition. This role is critical in ensuring continuity and accuracy across the employee lifecycle while new systems, processes, and ways of working are being introduced. You will focus on onboarding and employee lifecycle administration, including issuing contracts, setting colleagues up on Workday, and managing key lifecycle events such as flexible working requests, maternity/paternity, and job changes. You will maintain business as usual delivery while supporting the transition to new processes, working closely with Network People Co-ordinators to ensure all colleague changes are processed accurately, consistently, and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Employee Lifecycle & Onboarding Co-ordinate end-to-end onboarding processes, including issuing contracts and ensuring all new starter details have been captured Ensure all new starters are accurately set up on Workday and relevant HR systems Manage and process employee lifecycle changes including role changes, contractual updates, personal data changes and leavers Action flexible working request in Workday including annual leave and benefit adjustments Support career breaks, sabbatical, maternity, paternity, and other family leave processes. Work closely with Network People Co-Ordinators to ensure all colleague changes are processed accurately and in a timely manner Process Delivery & Transition Support Deliver existing processes while supporting new system implementation Adapt to evolving processes and automation Identify and feedback on process improvements Ensure continuity of service during change Compliance, Accuracy & Reporting Maintain high standards of data accuracy and confidentiality Ensure documentation is completed accurately and on time Support reporting and audit requirements Key Skills & Experience HR administration or coordination experience (onboarding/lifecycle preferred) Experience using HR systems (Workday desirable) Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes Strong attention to detail and organisation Comfortable working in a changing environment Strong communication Key Behaviours Resilient and adaptable Reliable and delivery-focused Proactive and solution-oriented Approachable and supportive Collaborative team player
