Affiliate Replenishment PPG Industries Runcorn You will manage replenishment orders from PPG entities for goods manufactured by the Runcorn Plant. It involves working with colleagues in the other PPG plants to ensure satisfactory service levels. We also ask that you have proactive informing of any variances and partnering with other departments to achieve best outcomes from the affiliates. The goal is to align with the priorities of the business. You will report to the Supply Chain Manager. Key Responsibilities - To ensure compliance with Health and Safety procedures; - Acknowledge receipt of orders from affiliates and input into the ERP system; - Determine availability and issue Confirmation to the customer; - Update Shipping costs; - Issue invoices; - Monitor back orders and reschedule; - Provide Shipping and Customs documents for non-EU consignments; - Process orders for customer samples; - Support investigations into the cause of Customer Complaints and corrective actions; manage associated credit notes and returns; - Handle Management of price changes as required; - Support Supply Plan improvement projects; Qualifications 'Safety First' attitude Experience of Customer Services.
