The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to drive improvements across our client's UK operations. This is a high-impact role where you’ll partner closely with the HR leadership team and senior stakeholders to modernise people strategy, enhance workforce engagement, and drive transformational change.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will travel to the UK manufacturing sites, partnering with the HR leadership team to identify improvement opportunities and lead on projects including:
* Developing and driving engagement strategies across the organisation to foster a great working environment.
* Developing specific recruitment strategies for key skills, positioning the business as an employer of choice in the manufacturing sector.
* Retention and development initiatives, supporting progression from shop floor to leadership.
* Utilise data and insights to identify trends and drive decision making.
* Driving collaboration across the team, identifying opportunities to learn and grow.
* Collaborating with the wider team to co create the EVP, enabling the organisation to attract, retain and engage colleagues across the organisation.
* Support strategic workforce planning to anticipate future skills gaps and drive talent pipelines.
This role will travel to UK sites, occasional overnight stays required.
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience as a HR Business Partner in manufacturing or similar operational environment.
* Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple sites and functions.
* Passion for driving change, improving employee experience, and embedding culture.
* Commercial mindset with a data driven approach to HR strategy.
* A self-starter with strong strategic awareness and hands on delivery skills.
* Someone with the drive to lead initiatives and the agility to work across functions.
* Willingness to travel and engage with teams on site.
* Based in Yorkshire or the Midlands preferred.
