The role of the Recruitment Support Officer will include the following:
1. Ensure all our temporary workers are fully compliant ahead of their start date
2. Conduct thorough checks to verify candidates' right to work in accordance with legal requirements
3. Process Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks for candidates as required
4. Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of compliance documentation
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance procedures are adhered to at all times
6. Monitoring and chasing outstanding compliance documents via telephone and email
7. Timesheets – resolving pay queries with candidates and clients
8. Credit control - managing the sales ledger made up of a wide portfolio of clients
9. Provide information to clients on outstanding debts and agreeing on payment plans
10. Daily bank reconciliations and cash allocation
11. Inbound and outbound telephone calls
12. Build and maintain strong internal relationships
13. Build and maintain rapport with our temporary workers
14. Ad hoc administration duties including data entry and sending emails
15. Day-to-day office tasks to ensure smooth running of the workplace, including replenishing office supplies
16. Assist in the coordination and setup of internal meetings, staff events, and company socials
17. Contribute to team meetings and have a collective team approach towards wider goals
What we are looking for in the Recruitment Support Officer:
18. At least 2 years administration experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
19. Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
20. Experience working in a sales or recruitment environment is highly desirable
21. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
22. Must be able to take ownership of the role
23. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
24. To be self-motivated
25. Able to use own initiative
26. Professional and friendly telephone manner

The role is Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00.
