You will be the first line of contact at reception providing excellent customer service in addition to completing a variety of administrativetasks The role ofReceptionist will include: Answering telephone calls and responding to email enquiries Raising purchase orders Handling student mail and parcels Carrying out monthly audits Provide customers and staff with clear guidance,informationand practical advice on receptionservices Support the delivery ofhigh qualitycustomer service by resolving problems or setting into motion the means of resolution Support the maintenance of effective filing systems, database records and processes that enable theaccuraterecording andtimelyprovision ofinformation Skills and experiences: Recent experience of undertaking a similar role Good communicationskills and working knowledge of effective communication at alllevels Proven experience of providing excellent customer service Proficient user of Microsoft packages including Word,Exceland Outlook Some knowledge of working to deadlines and prioritising work loads Some experience of analysing and diagnosing problems and implementing effective solutions Why work for us?
