Role Description
We’re Hiring: Product Development & Brand Manager, based in Bury St Edmunds | Full‑Time
Due to continued growth and expansion, Robinson Young is looking for a commercially driven Product Development & Brand Manager to join our growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with some of the UK’s most recognised Health & Beauty and household brands—helping shape product strategy, drive innovation, and bring new products to market across major retail, wholesale, pharmacy and e‑commerce channels.

Key Attributes
* Building strong supplier and partner relationships
* Spotting trends and identifying market opportunities
* Analysing data and turning insight into action
* Managing products from concept to shelf
* Working collaboratively across sales, marketing and commercial teams
Responsibilities
* Supplier relationship management and brand partnerships
* Product development and lifecycle management
* Market, sales and competitor data analysis
* Identifying growth opportunities across categories and channels
* Supporting new product launches and retail activation
* Working cross‑functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience in product development, brand management or FMCG marketing, alongside strong commercial awareness, analytical capability and relationship‑building skills.
Experience within Health & Beauty, household or wider FMCG sectors would be highly advantageous.
Compensation
Salary circa £40,000 + bonus.
