Key Responsibilities:
* Leadership & Management:

* Mentor and guide team leads, providing technical and professional development support.
* Product Development:
* Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to align development efforts with strategic goals.
* Drive the design, implementation, and delivery of AI-driven software solutions for business decision-making.
* Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, architecture, and software development methodologies.
* Process Improvement:
* Implement and optimize agile processes across teams to ensure efficiency and productivity.
