What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting the development and delivery of the Paid Media strategy alongside a team of performance specialists.
* Driving PPC performance and spotting opportunities to make impactful changes.
* Creating and optimising Paid campaigns that align with the wider brand strategy, working closely with in house creatives.
* Analysing campaign performance and helping the team make data driven decisions.
* Collaborating with teams across SEO, CRM, Affiliates and Social Media to ensure a seamless customer journey.
What we’re looking for:
* 1–2 years’ experience in a Digital Marketing, Paid Media or Web role.
* Ideally some experience in an eCommerce environment.
* Strong Excel skills and an interest in using data to shape performance.
* A commercially minded and creative approach, with the ability to support the wider brand strategy.
