Job Summary
We are looking to recruit a self‑motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic person to join the Hillingdon Training Hub as a Training Hub Workforce Administrator. This role reports to the Training Hub Workforce Delivery Manager and is accountable to the Head of Workforce, Education and Training. You will primarily be responsible for supporting the coordination of all Hillingdon Training Hub events, student placements, SPIN fellowships, managing the Training Hub team inbox and more.
Main Duties of the Job
* Support coordination of all Hillingdon Training Hub events, peer‑to‑peer groups and forums from start to finish: scheduling, logistics/venues, paperwork/administration, communications/advertising, liaison with speakers, attendance and DNA logs, feedback, Medtribe bookings, on‑day support.
* Support coordination of student placements, SPIN fellowships, work experience, internships, and apprenticeships: liaise with host practices, supervisors/mentors, manage teaching/accommodation requirements, ensure all paperwork is signed, maintain accurate records, conduct quarterly check‑ins and end‑of‑placement evaluations, highlight concerns to the Workforce Delivery Manager.
* Coordinate sharing and advertising of supervision opportunities (incl. SSSA), keep logs of completed training, and manage renewals.
* Review the Training Hub pages on TeamNet with the Head and Delivery Manager, ensuring content is accurate and up to date and making changes when required.
* Stay aware of local and national plans (e.g., NHS 10‑Year Plan, NHS People Plan).
* Maintain accurate details for KPIs and programme initiative reporting.
* Support internal confederation projects as needed.
* Assist with on‑day admin such as Health and Wellbeing Practice temperature checks.
* Manage the Training Hub Team inbox.
* Create and distribute communications including the TH confederation news page, training tracker, end‑of‑year report and other training hub communications.
* Attend monthly Training Hub team meetings and other meetings required by the Workforce Delivery Manager.
