Team Manager - Bradford No Second Night Out

Location: Split between Discovery House (BD3 9AU) and Endeavour House (BD7 4EY).
Working hours: 37 hours per week, Monday-Friday

About the role...
The role is responsible for managing accommodation services, overseeing a team of Support Coordinators, and ensuring the effective delivery of services to meet the needs of those supported. You will play a key role in providing leadership, guidance, and strategic direction, ensuring high standards of care and service delivery are consistently maintained.

Key duties will include:

* Providing strategic direction and mentorship to the team of Support Coordinators.
* Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the No Second Night Out initiative.
* Collaborating closely with partner organisations, local authorities, and service providers.
* Implementing effective strategies to identify, engage, and support individuals at risk of rough sleeping.
* Ensuring accurate data collection and reporting to measure impact and drive continuous improvement.

* Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to inspire a diverse team.
* A profound understanding of homelessness issues and a commitment to implementing meaningful solutions.
* Strong organisational and communication skills to foster collaboration.
* Proficiency in data management and analysis to inform decision-making.
* Compassion and dedication to promoting social change.
